I walk 5 to 6 km a day and I've gone through every gel insole out there. They're flat and useless inside a month. I'm 6 months into this pair and they hold their shape exactly like day one. That's the whole difference. The others cushion until they collapse, these stay structured.

Medicare used to provide excellent insoles based on personal foot molds. Now they just provide Dr. S* insoles, which are suboptimal. Your insoles are the best for my foot issues that I've found over the counter. My feet thank you!
